Dramatic Resources
Challenges posed by the external environment and organizational changes encourage top managers to constantly strive for development.
Dramatic Resources is a step outside the box of the traditional framework for coaching executives. It uses acting techniques, interactive scenarios and personal coaching, all of which serve to nurture creative abilities and form the new skills required in business. Dramatic Resources is a brand new project, exclusive to Russia, although it has already proven itself on the global market. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to develop your persuasion skills and improve your communication style.
The team at Dramatic Resources comprises talented actors, directors, voice coaches, writers, musicians and even stand-up comedians. Dramatic Resources creates leaders’ development programs for companies worldwide representing different sectors, such as finance, industry, IT, media, transport and charity. Co-founders Richard and Geoff met while working at the National Theatre where they conducted Shakespeare workshops. Increasing interest in sponsorship of the arts has led them to adapt their workshops for business leaders, to help them make their business relationships more effective.
Today, Dramatic Resources works with the leading European business schools (INSEAD, LBS, Durham University) to implement corporate and open programs.
To create an individual program, we suggest a personalized framework consisting of nine modules: persuasion skills, presentation of your own ideas, complex negotiations, storytelling, executive presence, influence and rapport, active networking, selling your ideas, and long-term partnerships.
Here are some examples of business cases with a possible modular framework.
