«Leadership brand» program

The leadership brand is an integral aspect of a managerial career. It can be your ally or it can take you hostage. It can add strength or it can undermine excellent results. A leadership brand does not equate to a public image. It is a combination of values and actions. It is knowledge of your audience and your stakeholders. It is authenticity and clear positioning.

For this program, we have synthesized our many years of experience in finding and consulting successful managers in Russia and abroad since 1993. We have created educational modules in cooperation with the international acting school Dramatic Resources which specializes in developing managerial positioning skills. We also invite image consultants, coaches, and other experts on a variety of topics. This is what makes our program uniquely multidimensional and pragmatic.

The Personal Leadership Brand Program consists of three main blocks:

  • Reputation Management
  • Leadership Positioning

The content of the program is determined by a unique request from a particular client and can be organized as a shorter master class (3–5 hours) or as an educational module (1–2 days).
