Sergey Vorobiev is the President and one of the founders of Ward Howell - the premier company in executive search and leadership development in Russia and CIS.
He is in charge of the firm’s relationships with major accounts and specializes in senior management teams development and transformation and CEO searches. For many years, Sergey has been working with the business owners and boards of directors in a number of leading Russian companies, supervisory and expert boards of non-profit organizations dealing with issues of strategic development, change management and core teams competitive performance.
Sergey was listed in The Global 200 Executive Recruiters Rating as one of the best executive search professionals in the world. He has been the member of the Eisenhower Fellowship since 2001. In 2002 Sergey joined the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), he is the co-founder of YPO Russia.
He graduated from Radiophysics Department of St Petersburg Polytechnic University and Harvard Business School. As well as from Joint School of Business Administration (St. Petersburg engineering-economics institute and the French government agency, L'ACTIEM).
