From 2003 to 2017 Boris headed Ward Howell's Forestry and Automotive Industry Practices, and from 2008 he headed the company's St Petersburg office, becoming a partner in 2009.
He has successfully completed hundreds of projects in the search for CEOs and their deputies. Since 2008, he has been practicing team and individual coaching, and since 2013 he has been practicing complex assessment of top managers.
In 2011 he co-founded and became CEO of Lev Lurie's House of Culture, a rapidly growing organiser of non-trivial outings in St Petersburg and Moscow. Since 2018 he has devoted most of his time to his own business, remaining an associate partner of Ward Howell.
Prior to joining Ward Howell, he worked for ten years in St. Petersburg and Moscow in sales and marketing for leading international and Russian companies in the FMCG and automotive sectors.
