For over 10 years Vera has specialised in leadership development of executives and management teams. She is also a member of the Independent Directors Association of Russia and the Independent Directors Association of INSEAD business school. 

Her portfolio includes work with major Russian and international companies - X5 Retail Group, Sberbank, BeLein, Rosatom, NLMK, Yves Rocher, ESA, Yandex, Lukoil and many others.

Also, Vera cooperates with renowned business schools in Europe, such as INSEAD, IMD, Vlerick Business-School and ESMT.

Prior to her career as a Leadership Development Consultant, Vera was a board member and team leader of ICM Company's Asset Management team. Prior to that, she headed the real estate management department of RDI Development holding.
