Natalia Yutanova is a partner and director of the Life Sciences practice, FMCG, Retail, Insurance, and Education Practices. Natalia is responsible for the search for and selection of senior executives in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and other related industries.

Natalia has extensive experience in management and consulting in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and leadership development in Russia, Switzerland, and Spain with companies such as Abbott Laboratories, Schering-Plough, Sistema JSFC, AIPM, and the European Institute of Leadership.

Natalia's professional expertise is based on more than 10 years of managerial experience in a major American pharmaceutical company in Russia. During her time as medical director, she was responsible for the countries of Eastern Europe. She also has an additional 5 years of leadership with a consulting business.

Natalia also co-chaired the Committee on Marketing Ethics and led the pharma-vigilance working group at AIPM (Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers).

In 2008-2009 Natalia served as the director-general for the American Hospital Group, a member of AFK Sistema.

Natalia Yutanova founded and successfully led the Russian chapter of the European Leadership Institute. Before joining Ward Howell, Natalia lived in Spain and worked as a partner in the institute.

Natalia holds two diplomas with honors – the first from the Medical Institute's Medicine department, and the second from the State University's Economics department. She defended her Ph.D thesis. She holds an MBA from Taylor University in the United States. She studied leadership at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, a part of Harvard University. Natalia also studied in Europe, at the deBaak Management School in the Netherlands.

Natalia is a member and speaker at the International Leadership Association.
