What are the roles at Ward Howell?
Our consultants represent Ward Howell in the field, develop long-term relationships with clients, and execute projects in accordance with Ward Howell’s gold standards. A successful consultant possesses a deep knowledge of an industry, an entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to be a trusted adviser to the client.
As a rule, candidates for this position have considerable experience in HR, consulting, or in leading companies in relevant fields (7 years minimum for Executive Search and Leadership Consulting).
An associate accumulates industrial and functional expertise and, together with a consultant, executes projects for Ward Howell’s clients using Ward Howell’s professional methodologies.
As a rule, candidates for this position are graduates of Russia's top universities, with 2-5 years of experience in HR or in a relevant field.
